COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, PAYMENT OF TAXES AND FINES. A. Provider shall promptly observe and comply with the provisions of any and all present and future federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, requirements, orders and directions that may pertain or apply to Provider or its operations hereunder. Further, Provider shall comply with all applicable rules, regulations, methods and procedures of all governmental boards, bureaus, offices and commissions and other agencies, including, but not limited to the FAA or other agencies having jurisdiction over, or providing funding to, the City and the Airport.
