Compliance with Laws and Constating Documents. (i) Except as would not, individually or in the aggregate, have had or reasonably be expected to have a Company Material Adverse Effect, the Company and its Subsidiaries have complied with all applicable Laws. No notice, charge, claim or action has been received by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or has been filed, commenced or, to the knowledge of the Company, brought, initiated or threatened against the Company or any of its Subsidiaries alleging any violation of any such Laws.
Compliance with Laws and Constating Documents. (i) The operations of Yamana and its Subsidiaries and, to the knowledge of Yamana, the Yamana JV Entities have been since January 1, 2020 and are now being conducted in material compliance with all Laws of each jurisdiction, the Laws of which have been and are now applicable to the operations of Yamana, of any of its Subsidiaries and of any Yamana JV Entities, and none of Yamana or any of its Subsidiaries or, to the knowledge of Yamana, any of the Yamana JV Entities has received any notice of any alleged violation of any such Laws, other than non-compliance or violations which have not had and would not reasonably be expected to, individually or in the aggregate, have a Yamana Material Adverse Effect.
Compliance with Laws and Constating Documents. (i) The operations of Goldcorp and its Subsidiaries and, to the knowledge of Goldcorp, the Goldcorp JV Entities have been since January 1, 2016 and are now being conducted in material compliance with all Laws of each jurisdiction, the Laws of which have been and are now applicable to the operations of Goldcorp, of any of its Subsidiaries and of any Goldcorp JV Entities, and none of Goldcorp or any of its Subsidiaries or, to the knowledge of Goldcorp, any of the Goldcorp JV Entities has received any notice of any alleged violation of any such Laws, other than non-compliance or violations which have not had and would not reasonably be expected to, individually or in the aggregate, have a Goldcorp Material Adverse Effect.
Compliance with Laws and Constating Documents. (i) The operations of Newmont and its Subsidiaries and, to the knowledge of Newmont, the Newmont JV Entities have been since January 1, 2016 and are now being conducted in material compliance with all Laws of each jurisdiction, the Laws of which have been and are now applicable to the operations of Newmont, of any of its Subsidiaries and of any Newmont JV Entities, and none of Newmont or any of its Subsidiaries or, to the knowledge of Newmont, any of the Newmont JV Entities has received any notice of any alleged violation of any such Laws, other than non-compliance or violations which have not had and would not reasonably be expected to, individually or in the aggregate, have a Newmont Material Adverse Effect.
Compliance with Laws and Constating Documents. (i) The operations of TransGlobe and its Subsidiaries have been since January 1, 2019 and are now being conducted in material compliance with all Laws of each jurisdiction, the Laws of which have been and are now applicable to the operations of TransGlobe, and of any of its Subsidiaries, and none of TransGlobe or any of its Subsidiaries has received any notice of any alleged violation of any such Laws, other than non-compliance or violations which have not had and would not reasonably be expected to, individually or in the aggregate, have a TransGlobe Material Adverse Effect.
Compliance with Laws and Constating Documents. (i) Except as would not, individually or in the aggregate, have had or reasonably be expected to have a GTI Material Adverse Effect, GTI and its Subsidiaries have complied with all applicable Laws. No notice, charge, claim or action has been received by GTI or any of its Subsidiaries or has been filed, commenced or, to the knowledge of GTI, brought, initiated or threatened against GTI or any of its Subsidiaries alleging any violation of any such Laws.
Compliance with Laws and Constating Documents. (i) Other than as set out in Section (g)(i) of the Socati Disclosure Letter, and except as would not, individually or in the aggregate, have had or reasonably be expected to have a Socati Material Adverse Effect, Socati and its Subsidiaries have complied with all applicable Laws. No notice, charge, claim or action has been received by Socati or any of its Subsidiaries or has been filed, commenced or, to the knowledge of Socati, brought, initiated or threatened against Socati or any of its Subsidiaries alleging any material violation of any such Laws.
Compliance with Laws and Constating Documents. (i) Except as would not, individually or in the aggregate, have had or reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on Yooma or Subco, Yooma and its Subsidiaries have complied with all applicable Laws. No notice, charge, claim or action has been received by Yooma or any of its Subsidiaries or has been filed, commenced or, to the knowledge of Yooma, brought, initiated or threatened against Yooma or any of its Subsidiaries alleging any violation of any such Laws.
Compliance with Laws and Constating Documents. (i) The operations of Pan American and its Subsidiaries have been since January 1, 2020 and are now being conducted in material compliance with all Laws of each jurisdiction, the Laws of which have been and are now applicable to the operations of Pan American, of any of its Subsidiaries, and none of Pan American or any of its Subsidiaries has received any notice of any alleged violation of any such Laws, other than non-compliance or violations which have not had and would not reasonably be expected to, individually or in the aggregate, have a Pan American Material Adverse Effect.
Compliance with Laws and Constating Documents. (i) The operations of Agnico and its Subsidiaries have been since January 1, 2020 and are now being conducted in material compliance with all Laws of each jurisdiction, the Laws of which have been and are now applicable to the operations of Agnico, of any of its Subsidiaries, and none of Agnico or any of its Subsidiaries has received any notice of any alleged violation of any such Laws, other than non-compliance or violations which have not had and would not reasonably be expected to, individually or in the aggregate, have a Agnico Material Adverse Effect.
