Common use of Compliance with Law Generally Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Law Generally. Contractor shall comply, and cause all subcontractors to comply with all federal, state and local laws, regulations, executive orders and ordinances applicable to this Contract and the performance of the Services. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Contractor expressly agrees to comply with the following laws, regulations and executive orders to the extent they are applicable to this Contract: (i) Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; (ii) Title V and Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended;
