Compliance with ISPS Code. SELLER and BUYER shall comply with the International Code for the Security of Ships and Port Facilities and relevant amendments to chapter X1 of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS), hereinafter (ISPS Code), in accordance with Form-I of this Agreement, which shall govern the parties rights and obligations with respect to such compliance.
