Common use of Compliance with Insurance Policies Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Insurance Policies. Trustor shall not violate or permit to be violated any of the conditions or provisions of any policy of insurance required by the Mortgage Notes Indenture, the Disbursement Agreement (while in effect), the Cooperation Agreement or this Leasehold Deed of Trust and Trustor shall so perform and satisfy the requirements of the companies writing such policies that, at all times, companies of good standing shall be willing to write and/or continue such insurance. Trustor further covenants to promptly send to Beneficiary all notices relating to any violation of such policies or otherwise affecting Trustor's insurance coverage or ability to obtain and maintain such insurance coverage.

Trustor further covenants to promptly send to Beneficiary all notices relating to any violation of such policies or otherwise affecting Trustor's insurance coverage or ability to obtain and maintain such insurance coverage.

Trustor further covenants to promptly send to Beneficiary all notices relating to any violation of such policies or otherwise affecting Trustor's insurance coverage or ability to obtain and maintain such insurance coverage.
