Compliance with Health Care Laws. (a) Without limiting or qualifying Section 6.4 or any other provision of this Agreement, Borrower will comply, and will cause each other Loan Party and each Subsidiary of Borrower to comply, in all material respects with all applicable Health Care Laws relating to the operation of such Person’s business, except where failure to comply would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
