Compliance with Construction Documents and Laws; Issuance of Permits. All Improvements on the Premises shall be completed in substantial compliance with any construction documents approved by County and also in compliance with all Applicable Laws. Lessee shall have the sole responsibility for obtaining all necessary permits and shall make application for such permits directly to the person or governmental agency having jurisdiction thereover.
