Compliance with Conditions. The parties hereto shall use their best efforts to cause the Closing to be consummated and to cause the execution and delivery of the documents referred to in Section 3 hereof and to bring about the satisfaction of the conditions to the obligations of the parties hereto set forth in Section 3, herein.
