The Servicer shall, at its expense, timely and fully perform and comply with all material provisions, covenants and other promises required to be observed by it under any Collateral Obligations (except, in the case of a successor Servicer, such material provisions, covenants and other provisions shall only include those provisions relating to the collection and servicing of the Collateral Obligations to the extent such obligations are set forth in a document included in the related Collateral Obligation File) and shall comply with the Servicing Standard in all material respects with respect to all Collateral Obligations.
