Compliance with Applicable Legal and Reporting Requirements. (a) Summit and its Subsidiaries hold all permits, authorizations, licenses, variances, exemptions, orders and approvals of all Governmental Entities that are material to the operation of the businesses of Summit and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole (the “Summit Permits”), the Summit Permits are in full force and effect and Summit and its Subsidiaries are in compliance with the terms of the Summit Permits, except where the failure so to hold, be in full force and effect or comply would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on Summit.
Compliance with Applicable Legal and Reporting Requirements. (i) Company holds all permits, authorizations, licenses, variances, exemptions, orders and approvals of all Governmental Entities which are material to the operation of the businesses of Company, taken as a whole (the “Company Permits”), the Company Permits are in full force and effect and Company is in compliance with the terms of the Company Permits.

(i) WIBC and its Subsidiaries hold all permits, authorizations, licenses, variances, exemptions, orders and approvals of all Governmental Entities which are material to the operation of the businesses of WIBC and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole (the “WIBC Permits”), the WIBC Permits are in full force and effect and WIBC and its Subsidiaries are in compliance with the terms of the WIBC Permits, except where the failure to so hold, be in full force and effect or comply, would not, either individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on WIBC.

(i) BBCN and its Subsidiaries hold all permits, authorizations, licenses, variances, exemptions, orders and approvals of all Governmental Entities which are material to the operation of the businesses of BBCN and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole (the “BBCN Permits”), the BBCN Permits are in full force and effect and BBCN and its Subsidiaries are in compliance with the terms of the BBCN Permits, except where the failure so to hold, be in full force and effect or comply would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on BBCN.

(i) Center Financial and its Subsidiaries hold all permits, authorizations, licenses, variances, exemptions, orders and approvals of all Governmental Entities which are material to the operation of the businesses of Center Financial and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole (the “Center Financial Permits”), the Center Financial Permits are in full force and effect and Center Financial and its Subsidiaries are in compliance with the terms of the Center Financial Permits, except where the failure so to hold, be in full force and effect or comply, would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on Center Financial.

(i) Nara and its Subsidiaries hold all permits, authorizations, licenses, variances, exemptions, orders and approvals of all Governmental Entities which are material to the operation of the businesses of Nara and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole (the “Nara Permits”), the Nara Permits are in full force and effect and Nara and its Subsidiaries are in compliance with the terms of the Nara Permits, except where the failure so to hold, be in full force and effect or comply would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on Nara.

(a) PSB and its Subsidiaries hold all permits, authorizations, licenses, variances, exemptions, orders and approvals of all Governmental Entities that are material to the operation of the businesses of PSB and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole (the “PSB Permits”), the PSB Permits are in full force and effect and PSB and its Subsidiaries are in compliance with the terms of the PSB Permits, except where the failure so to hold, be in full force and effect or comply, would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on PSB.

(i) Parent holds all permits, authorizations, licenses, variances, exemptions, orders and approvals of all Governmental Entities which are material to the operation of the businesses of Parent, taken as a whole (the “Parent Permits”), the Parent Permits are in full force and effect and Parent is in compliance with the terms of the Parent Permits.

(a) ViewPoint and its Subsidiaries hold all permits, authorizations, licenses, variances, exemptions, orders and approvals of all Governmental Entities which are material to the operation of the businesses of ViewPoint and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole (the “ViewPoint Permits”), the ViewPoint Permits are in full force and effect and ViewPoint and its Subsidiaries are in compliance with the terms of the ViewPoint Permits, except where the failure so to hold, be in full force and effect or comply would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on ViewPoint.

(a) Cornerstone and its Subsidiaries hold all permits, authorizations, licenses, variances, exemptions, orders and approvals of all Governmental Entities that are material to the operation of the businesses of Cornerstone and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole (the “Cornerstone Permits”), the Cornerstone Permits are in full force and effect and Cornerstone and its Subsidiaries are in compliance with the terms of the Cornerstone Permits, except where the failure so to hold, be in full force and effect or comply, would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on Cornerstone.
