Compliance with Applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations. 8.6.1 In the performance of this Master Agreement, the Contractor shall comply with all current and applicable Federal, State and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, guidelines, policies and procedures, including, but not limited to standards of The Joint Commission, its National Patient Safety Goals, California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 5 regulations and all other applicable industry best practices standards. All provisions required thereby to be included in this Master Agreement are incorporated herein by reference.
