Compliance with Applicable Laws; Licenses, etc. (i) The Borrower is in compliance with the requirements of all Applicable Laws, a breach of any of which, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to have an adverse effect on any of the Pledged Policies, the business, assets, financial condition or operations of the Borrower or any of the rights or interests of the Administrative Agent or any of the Lenders hereunder or under any other Transaction Document.
