Common use of Compliance Reporting Clause in Contracts

Compliance Reporting. If Buyer is subject to any certification or compliance reporting requirement with respect to the Products delivered to Buyer hereunder, then Seller shall provide any information in its possession (or, if not in Seller’s possession, available to it and not reasonably available to Buyer) requested by Buyer to permit Buyer to comply with any such reporting requirement.

Compliance Reporting. If To the extent Buyer is subject to any certification or compliance reporting requirement with respect to the Products produced by Seller and delivered to Buyer hereunder, then subject to the requirements of this Agreement, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide any information in its possession (or, if not in Seller’s possession, available to it and not reasonably available to Buyer) requested by Buyer reasonably necessary to permit Buyer to comply with any such reporting requirement.requirement.‌
