Compliance Obligation. 7.1 EASL undertakes to comply with the statute, regulations, and Industry Codes in force, in particular the provisions of the MedTech Code of Ethical Business Practice. 7.2 EASL is responsible for submitting the Event to Ethical MedTech for prior approval. If the Event is not approved by Ethical MedTech, amounts already paid by the Sponsor shall be reimbursed in full and no further amounts shall be due from the Sponsor.
