Common use of Compliance for this Trade Clause in Contracts

Compliance for this Trade. If required by applicable securities legislation, policy or order of any securities commission, stock exchange or other regulatory authority, subject always to the conditions precedent contained in section 10.2 hereof, the Vendors will execute, deliver, file and otherwise assist the Purchaser in filing, such reports, undertakings and other documents with respect to this transaction.
