Common use of Compliance Certificate of Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Compliance Certificate of Purchaser. The Company shall have been provided with a certificate executed on behalf of Purchaser by its President and its Chief Financial Officer to the effect that, as of the Closing, each of the conditions set forth in Section 7.2(a) and (b) above has been satisfied with respect to Purchaser.
