Completion or Termination Clause Samples
The Completion or Termination clause defines the conditions under which a contract or agreement is considered finished or may be ended before its natural conclusion. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for successful completion of obligations, as well as the specific circumstances—such as breach, mutual agreement, or force majeure—that allow either party to terminate the contract early. Its core practical function is to provide clear guidelines for ending the contractual relationship, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes regarding when and how the agreement can be concluded.
