Completion of Trade Control Supporting Documents for OTHER Sellers. In order for GDLS-C to retransfer certain US controlled articles or services, to include technical data, to Seller, Seller may be required to execute a Non-Transfer and Use Certificate (DSP-83), a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and/or other document to support compliance with various trade control regimes. If Seller will not execute these documents as requested, GDLS-C will not be able to provide Seller with US controlled goods, including technical data.
