Common use of Completion of Substitution Clause in Contracts

Completion of Substitution. On completion of the formalities set out in Clause 12.2, the Substituted Obligor will be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed, the Bonds and the Coupons as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) and this Trust Deed, the Bonds and the Coupons will be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.

Completion of Substitution. On completion of the formalities set out in Clause 12.215.2, the Substituted Obligor will be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed, Deed and the Bonds and the Coupons as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) and this Trust Deed, Deed and the Bonds and the Coupons will be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.

On completion of the formalities set out in this Clause 12.213.2, the Substituted Obligor will be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed, the Bonds Agency Agreement and the Coupons Bonds as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) or as the guarantor in place of the Guarantor (or of any previous substitute), as the case may be, and this Trust Deed, the Bonds Agency Agreement and the Coupons Bonds will be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.

Completion of Substitution. On completion of the formalities set out in Clause 12.211.3.1 (Power of Bond Trustee to Agree to Substitution), the Substituted Obligor will be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed, Deed and the Bonds and the Coupons as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) and this Trust Deed, Deed and the Bonds and the Coupons will be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.
