Common use of Completion of Investigations Clause in Contracts

Completion of Investigations. The investigations and assessments contemplated in section 9.3 shall have been completed and the Purchaser shall be satisfied with the result of such investigations and assessments including, without limitation, the accuracy of the Records and matters represented and warranted in Articles IV and V; (f) Consents, Authorizations and Registrations - All consents, approvals, orders and authorizations of, from or notifications to any persons or Governmental Authorities required in connection with the completion of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the execution of this Agreement, the Closing or the performance of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall have been obtained on or before the Closing Date.
