Common use of Completion of Improvements Clause in Contracts

Completion of Improvements. The Improvements shall be completed by the Subdivider not more than two (2) years after commencement of construction of the Improvements pursuant to Paragraph 4 of this Agreement. The Improvements shall not be considered completed unless and until the Improvements have been constructed in accordance with all applicable plans and regulations and after the City has inspected them for compliance with the plans and regulations. The period for completion of the Improvements may be extended for good cause shown at the discretion of the City Engineer.

Completion of Improvements. The Improvements shall be completed by the Subdivider not more than two (2) years after commencement of construction of the Improvements pursuant to Paragraph 4 of this Agreement, and not less than thirty (30) days before the expiration of the Letter of Credit or any extensions of the Letter of Credit. The Improvements shall not be considered completed unless and until the Improvements have been constructed in accordance with all applicable plans and regulations and after the City has inspected them for compliance with the plans and regulations. The period for completion of the Improvements may be extended for good cause shown at the discretion of the City Engineer.
