Completion Actions. On Completion: 4.2.1 the Sellers shall comply with the obligations set out in part 1 of schedule 5; and 4.2.2 subject to the Sellers’ compliance with clause 4.2.1, the Purchaser shall comply with the obligations set out in part 2 of schedule 5.
