Common use of Completion Actions Clause in Contracts

Completion Actions. On Completion the Seller shall comply with the obligations set out in part 1 of schedule 6 and subject to the Seller’s compliance with such obligations the Purchaser shall comply with the obligations set out in part 2 of schedule 6.

Completion Actions. On Completion Completion: 4.2.1 the Seller Sellers shall comply with the obligations set out in part 1 of schedule 6 and 5; and 4.2.2 subject to the Seller’s Sellers’ compliance with such obligations clause 4.2.1, the Purchaser shall comply with the obligations set out in part 2 of schedule 65.
