Completing PFI Agreements and Master Commitments. The Pittsburgh Bank shall be responsible for preparing its employees for the Sales Training by providing training in the basics of the mortgage business prior to the Sales Training or by selecting employees with adequate experience in the mortgage finance business. The Pittsburgh Bank shall pay all travel and lodging expenses of its employees in connection with their attending Sales Training. If the MPF Provider’s staff should make any joint sales calls with Pittsburgh Bank employees to any Pittsburgh Bank members, the Pittsburgh Bank will pay all travel and lodging expenses of the MPF Provider’s staff in making such joint sales calls, except for the first $2,500.00 of such expenses which shall be paid by the MPF Provider.
