Common use of Completed Project Work Clause in Contracts

Completed Project Work. As areas of Project Work are accepted by the District, this Agreement shall have no further force or effect on such items or areas except where the Contractor is directed by the District or its representatives to engage in repairs, modification, check- out and/or warranties functions required by the Construction Contract as well as start-up, calibration, and commissioning systems and/or subsystems pursuant to a Construction Contract.
