Common use of Completed Project Work Clause in Contracts

Completed Project Work. As areas of Project Work are accepted by the City, this Agreement shall have no further force or effect on such items or areas except where the Contractor is directed by the City or its representatives to engage in repairs, modification, check-out and/or warranties functions required by its contract(s) with the City under the original contract.
