Completed Performance Test Clause Samples
A Completed Performance Test clause defines the requirements and procedures for verifying that a product, service, or system has met all specified performance criteria upon completion. Typically, this clause outlines the standards to be met, the methods for conducting the test, and the responsibilities of each party during the testing process. For example, it may require the contractor to demonstrate that equipment operates at a certain efficiency level or that a software system handles a specified number of users without failure. The core function of this clause is to ensure that deliverables meet agreed-upon standards before final acceptance, thereby protecting the interests of the party receiving the goods or services.
