Common use of Complete System Clause in Contracts

Complete System. Except as disclosed in Exhibit 6.7, as a result of --------------- the transaction herein contemplated, Buyer shall receive possession of a fully operational cable television system and business, complete as referred to in, and in condition required by, this Agreement, with all assets, properties, franchises, licenses, permits, consents, certificates, authorities, operating rights, leases, contracts, agreements, commitments and arrangements necessary to lawfully operate and maintain the same as operated and maintained on the date hereof.
