Complete Charging System. The complete charging solution shall be warranted and guaranteed to be free from defects and related defects for two years, beginning on the date of the final testing and commissioning of the charging solution. During this warranty period, the charging solution shall maintain its structural and functional integrity. The warranty shall be based on regular operation of the charging solution under the operating conditions prevailing in the SFMTA’s yard.
