Common use of Complete Agreement; Modification Clause in Contracts

Complete Agreement; Modification. This Agreement is the complete agreement between Executive and Company on the subjects contained in this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes and replaces all previous correspondence, promises, representations, and agreements, if any, either written or oral with respect to Executive’s employment by Company or any Related Company and any matter covered by this Agreement. No provision of this Agreement may be modified, amended, or waived except by a written document signed both by Company and Executive.

Complete Agreement; Modification. This Agreement is the complete agreement between Executive and Company Bank on the subjects contained in this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes and replaces all previous correspondence, promises, representations, and agreements, if any, either written or oral with respect to Executive’s employment by Company Bank or any Related Company and any matter covered by this Agreement. No provision of this Agreement may be modified, amended, or waived except by a written document signed both by Company Bank and Executive.

Complete Agreement; Modification. This Agreement is the complete agreement between the Executive and the Company on the subjects contained in this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes and replaces all previous correspondence, promises, representations, and agreements, if any, either written or oral with respect to the Executive’s employment by Company or any Related the Company and any matter covered by this Agreement; provided, however that the last two sentences of Section 9(a) of the Executive Agreement shall survive the Effective Date of this Agreement. No provision of this Agreement may be modified, amended, or waived except by a written document signed both by the Company and the Executive.

No provision of this Agreement may be modified, amended, or waived except by a written document signed both by Company Executive and ExecutiveCompany, and with respect to the Company, with the express authorization of the Board of Directors or the Compensation Committee.

Complete Agreement; Modification. This Agreement is the complete agreement and understanding between Executive and Company on pertaining to the subjects contained in subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes and replaces the Former Agreement and all previous correspondence, promises, representations, and agreements, if any, either written or oral with respect to Executive’s employment by Company or any Related Company and any matter covered by this Agreement. No provision of this Agreement may be modified, amended, or waived except by a written document signed both by Company Executive and ExecutiveCompany, and with respect to Company, with the express authorization of the Board of Directors or the Compensation Committee.
