COMPLAINT AGAINST A UNIT MEMBER. 4.6.1 Any complaint against a Unit Member not in writing and not signed by the complainant shall be dismissed as rumor and innuendo. However, a complaint of tardiness or absenteeism occurring at the time the complaint is made may be investigated without a written complaint.
