Common use of Competitor Clause in Contracts

Competitor. Competitor" shall mean any Person engaged in, or about to become engaged in, the production or sale, or both, of any product or service in any part of the United States of America which is directly competitive with one with respect to which the Employee acquired confidential information relating to the Company, or its business, products or services by reason of the Employee's work with the Company.

Competitor. Competitor" shall mean (a) any Person person engaged in, or about to become engaged in, the production development, marketing, distribution or sale, or both, provision of any product or service in Competitive Service on behalf of other parties, and (b) any part customer of the United States of America which is directly competitive with one with respect to which the Employee acquired confidential information relating to the Company, or its business, products or services by reason as of the Employee's work with date of this Agreement or during the Term, which begins to perform for itself services previously provided by the Company.
