Competitive Services. PRINCIPAL may retain other persons or entities to undertake the same or similar services as those performed by Agent and may directly or through a third party develop products or services that are similar to or competitive with the Services. Agent shall cooperate with all other service providers of PRINCIPAL as requested by PRINCIPAL.
