Common use of Competitive Services Clause in Contracts

Competitive Services. “Competitive Services” means services that are the same as or substantially similar to (in terms of type or purpose) the services you performed for or on behalf of the Company or its Affiliates at any time during the twenty-four (24) month period immediately preceding the termination of your Service.

Competitive Services. The “Competitive Services” means is defined as those activities or services that are which the same as or substantially similar to (in terms Employee provided regardless of type or purpose) the services you performed for or on behalf of the Company or its Affiliates job title, at any time during within the twenty-four last two (242) month period immediately preceding years of his or her employment by the termination of your ServiceCompany.
