Competitive Bid Request Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent such fees (the “Competitive Bid Request Fee”) in connection with Competitive Bid Requests hereunder as may be agreed upon between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent. Unless otherwise agreed, the Competitive Bid Request Fee shall be paid quarterly in arrears.
