Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes. Promptly upon receipt of a Competitive Bid Quote Request, the Servicing Agent shall send to the Banks an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto, which shall constitute an invitation by the Borrower to each Bank to submit Competitive Bid Quotes offering to make the Competitive Bid Loans to which such Competitive Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with this Section.
Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes. Promptly and in any event before the close of business on the same Business Day of delivery of a Competitive Bid Quote Request that is not rejected pursuant to Section 2.3.2, the Competitive Bid Agent shall send to each of the Revolving Credit Lenders (except as otherwise provided in Section 2.3.10) by telecopy an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes substantially in the form of Exhibit N hereto, which shall constitute an invitation by the Borrower to each such Revolving Credit Lender to submit Competitive Bid Quotes offering to make the Competitive Bid Loans to which such Competitive Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with this Section 2.3.
Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes. Promptly and in any event before the close of business on the same Business Day of receipt of a Competitive Bid Quote Request that is not rejected pursuant to SECTION 2.23(a), the Administrative Agent shall send to each of the Lenders by telecopy an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes substantially in the form of EXHIBIT I-2 hereto, which shall constitute an invitation by the Borrower to each Lender to submit Competitive Bid Quotes offering to make the Competitive Bid Loans to which such Competitive Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with this SECTION 2.23.

Promptly upon receipt of a Competitive Bid Quote Request, the Administrative Agent shall send to the Revolving Lenders by telex or facsimile transmission an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto, which shall constitute an invitation by the Borrower to each Revolving Lender to submit Competitive Bid Quotes offering to make the Competitive Bid Loans to which such Competitive Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with this Section.
Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes. Promptly upon receipt of a Competitive Bid Quote Request that is not rejected pursuant to Section 2.3(b), Agent shall send to each of the Revolving Lenders by telecopy an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes which shall constitute an invitation by Borrower to each Revolving Lender to submit Competitive Bid Quotes offering to make the Competitive Bid Loans to which such Competitive Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with this Section 2.3.
Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes. The Administrative Agent shall (a) promptly upon receipt of a Competitive Bid Quote Request that is not rejected pursuant to Section 3.02, and in any event not later than (i) 11:00 a.m. (Chicago time) on the date of receipt of a Competitive Bid Quote Request, in the case of a Eurocurrency Auction or a EURIBOR Auction, and (ii) 10:00 a.m. (Chicago time) on the date of receipt of a Competitive Bid Quote Request, in the case of an Absolute Rate Auction, provide notice by telephone to each of the Banks (or, if fewer than all of the Banks shall have been specified therein, to each of the specified Banks) of the request set forth therein, and (b) promptly thereafter provide to each such Bank by telex or telecopy a copy of such Competitive Bid Quote Request or a summary of the contents thereof. If, pursuant to Section 3.02, the Borrower and the Administrative Agent shall agree as to times for the delivery of a Competitive Bid Quote Request other than those set forth in Section 3.02, and shall notify the Banks thereof, such notice to the Banks shall set forth in addition any changes in the times set forth in this Section 3.03. A Competitive Bid Quote Request shall not be revocable at any time after the Administrative Agent’s notice to the Banks by telephone of such Competitive Bid Quote Request.
Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes. Promptly upon receipt of a Competitive Bid Quote Request that is not rejected pursuant to Section 2.3(b), Administrative Agent shall send to each of the Lenders by telecopy an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes (in AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (Camden Property Trust) PAGE 27 form as attached hereto as Exhibit E-2) which shall constitute an invitation by Borrower to each Lender to submit Competitive Bid Quotes (in form as attached hereto as Exhibit E-3) offering to make the Competitive Bid Loans to which such Competitive Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with this Section 2.3.

For any Competitive Bid Quote Request that is not rejected pursuant to Section 2B.2., the Agent shall send to each of the Lenders by telecopy, on or before 10:00 a.m. two (2) Business Days after Agent's receipt of a Competitive Bid Quote Request, an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes, which shall constitute an invitation by the Borrower to each Lender to submit Competitive Bid Quotes offering to make the Competitive Bid Loans to which such Competitive Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with this Article 2B. If Agent chooses to submit a Competitive Bid Quote to Borrower, it must do so on or before the earlier of (i) 10:00 a.m. two (2) Business Days after the receipt of the Competitive Bid Quote Request, or (ii) its submission of the Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes to the Lenders.

(Birmingham, Alabama, time) two (2) Domestic Business Days after Agent's receipt of a Competitive Bid Quote Request, an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quote in the form of Exhibit D, which shall constitute an invitation by the Borrower to each Lender to submit Competitive Bid Quotes offering to make the Competitive Bid Loans to which such Competitive Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with this Article 4. If Agent chooses to submit a Competitive Bid Quote to Borrower, it must do so on or before the earlier of (i) 10:00 A.M. (Birmingham, Alabama, time) two (2) Domestic Business Days after the receipt of the Competitive Bid Quote Request, or (ii) its submission of the Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes to the Lenders.
Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes. Promptly upon receipt of a Competitive Bid Quote Request, the Servicing Agent shall send to the Banks an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto, which shall constitute an invitation by the Borrower to each Bank to submit Competitive Bid Quotes offering to make the Competitive Bid Loans to which such Competitive Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with this Section. (d) Submission and Contents of Competitive Bid Quotes. (i) Each Bank may submit a Competitive Bid Quote containing an offer or offers to make Competitive Bid Loans in response to any Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes. Each Competitive Bid Quote must comply with the requirements of this subsection (d) and must be submitted to the Servicing Agent at its offices specified in or pursuant to Section 9.01 not later than (x) 2:00 P.M. (New York City time) on the fourth Business Day prior to the proposed date of Borrowing, in the case of a LIBOR Auction or (y) 9:30 A.M. (New York City time) on the proposed date of Borrowing, in the case of an Absolute Rate Auction (or, in either case, such other time or date as the Borrower and the Servicing Agent shall have mutually agreed and shall have notified to the Banks not later than the date of the Competitive Bid Quote Request for the first LIBOR Auction or Absolute Rate Auction for which such change is to be effective); provided that Competitive Bid Quotes submitted by the Servicing Agent (or any affiliate of the Servicing Agent) in the capacity of a Bank may be submitted, and may only be submitted, if the Servicing Agent or such affiliate notifies the Borrower of the terms of the offer or offers contained therein at least one hour before the deadline applicable to other Banks, in the case of a LIBOR Auction or 15 minutes before the deadline applicable to other Banks, in the case of an Absolute Rate Auction. Subject to Articles 3 and 6, any Competitive Bid Quote so made shall be irrevocable except with the written consent of the Servicing Agent given on the instructions of the Borrower.
