COMPETITIVE BID RECORD. The Administrative Agent shall maintain a record of the names and addresses of Lenders that have made Competitive Bid Loans and the principal amount of the Competitive Bid Loans owing to each Lender from time to time together with the Competitive Bid Loan Maturity Dates and interest rates applicable to each such Competitive Bid Loan, and other terms applicable thereto (the "Competitive Bid Record"). The entries in the Competitive Bid Record shall be prima facie evidence with respect to the entries therein. (m)
