Common use of Competition Notification Clause in Contracts

Competition Notification. If either party (the "Notifying Party") elects to file a notification with respect to this Agreement (a "Notification") with the Competition Directorate of Commission of European Community (the "Commission") in accordance with regulations established by the Commission, the Notifying Party shall provide a non-confidential version of the final draft to the other party for comment at least thirty (30) days before making the filing and shall consider in good faith the modification thereto, if any, that the other party may propose. The other party shall execute all documents reasonably required by the Notifying Party and shall otherwise reasonably cooperate in connection with the Notification. The Notifying Party shall bear all costs incurred by it relating to the Notification.
