Common use of COMPETENCE AND JURISDICTION Clause in Contracts

COMPETENCE AND JURISDICTION. PROFECO is competent in administrative proceedings to settle any controversy that may arise regarding the interpretation of performance of this Contract of Adhesion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles, the location of their assets or any other reason.
