Compensation to the Service Provider. (a) The Trust will pay a fee as listed in Schedule B annexed hereto to Service Provider in consideration for the services provided pursuant to this Agreement. Fees paid by a Fund are solely for shareholder servicing and other administrative services provided by Service Provider and do not constitute payment in any manner for distribution assistance.
