Common use of COMPENSATION OF DELAWARE CO-TRUSTEE Clause in Contracts

COMPENSATION OF DELAWARE CO-TRUSTEE. The Trust shall pay or shall cause the Servicer to pay to the Delaware Co-Trustee from time to time compensation for its services as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof, and the Delaware Co-Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Administrator for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Delaware Co-Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder.
