COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR. A. The Contractor shall be paid on the basis of the bid price restated in Exhibit B The total fee to be paid the Contractor for the Services shall not exceed ($ ). Payment shall be made monthly, unless another payment term is specified in Exhibit B, following receipt of invoices submitted by the Contractor, and approved by the Contract Administrator.
COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR. In full consideration for CONTRACTOR’s services, CONTRACTOR shall be paid for performance under this Agreement in accordance with the terms of Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Billing shall be made by invoice, which shall include the contract number assigned by SBCAG and which is delivered to the address given in Section 2, NOTICES, above, following completion of the increments identified in Exhibit B. Unless otherwise specified in Exhibit B, payment shall be net thirty (30) days from presentation of invoice.
COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR. 6.1 Owner shall pay and Contractor shall accept, as full and complete payment for Contractor’s timely and complete performance of its obligations hereunder, a sum to be determined on a per Project basis.

As compensation for the Services rendered by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, the Company shall grant to the Contractor options (the "Options") to acquire 20,000 common shares of the Company, said Options being for a term of two (2) years, having an exercise price of US$1.00 per share and vesting as to 3,400 common shares on each of March 6, April 5, May 5, June 4 and July 4, 2000, and as to 3,000 common shares on August 3, 2000. The Company will grant the options to the Contractor upon the execution of all necessary documents, including a stock option agreement.
COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR. A. The Contractor shall be paid on the basis of the bid price. The total fee to be paid the Contractor for the goods and/or services shall not exceed ($ ). Payment shall be made within 30 days of acceptance of the work by the Contract Administrator. It is understood and agreed between the parties that the compensation stated above is inclusive of any and all remuneration to which the Contractor may be entitled.

COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR. A. The total amount of compensation paid to Contractor under this Agreement shall not exceed $0.00, which shall be paid upon invoice by Contractor to the City for services rendered according to the schedule in Exhibit B. Compensation of Contractor includes all reimbursable expenses unless a schedule of reimbursable expenses is included in an attached Exhibit B. Expenses outside those identified in the attached schedule must be approved in advance by the Contract Administrator.
COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR. Xxx & Associates agrees to pay compensation to Contractor in form of commission from the sale of insurance products. Xxx & Associates will pay commission income to Contractor at the rate established on the Pay Plan attached hereto as Exhibit “A,” which is subject to change.
COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR. As compensation for the Services rendered by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, the Company agrees to pay to the Contractor a consulting fee of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000) per month during the term hereof. The first month's consulting fee shall become due and payable upon the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the parties; the consulting fee for subsequent months shall be paid on or before the 15th day of each such month.
