Compensation for the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator. As compensation for the activities of the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator hereunder, the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator shall be entitled to a portion of the income from investment of or earnings on the funds held from time to time in the Certificate Account, as provided in Section 3.05(g). Each of the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder and shall not be entitled to reimbursement therefor except as provided in this Agreement.
