Compensation for Task Orders. COMMISSION may issue a task order for performance of work outside of the agreed upon Scope of Work. CONTRACTOR’s performance of work will be specified in task orders, when and if a task order is issued by COMMISSION. CONTRACTOR shall only perform work under task orders issued, approved, and authorized in writing by the designated COMMISSION staff. COMMISSION shall pay CONTRACTOR the fee set forth in an approved task order, attached as EXHIBIT H, and in accordance with the payment terms set forth in this section V. The total fee set forth in an approved task order includes payment of all taxes and insurance, as well as indirect costs, overhead materials and supplies. There is no limit on the number of task orders that COMMISSION may issue under this Contract or when COMMISSION may issue task orders during the term of this Contract. Further, COMMISSION is not obligated to issue any task order under this Contract.
