Common use of Compensation Following Termination Prior to the End of the Term Clause in Contracts

Compensation Following Termination Prior to the End of the Term. In the event that Xx. Xxxxxxx' employment hereunder is terminated prior to the expiration of the Term, Xx. Xxxxxxx will be entitled only to the following compensation and benefits under this Agreement upon such termination (together with such other provisions that may be set forth in the Stock Option Agreement):
