COMPENSATION AND TERM. 3.01 XXXXXX shall receive compensation for services rendered under this Agreement in accordance with the rates of services set forth in Exhibit B. Unless indicated otherwise by Exhibit B, XXXXXX shall submit monthly invoices, itemized by person, billing rate, hours worked and any reimbursable expenses incurred. The DISTRICT will pay invoices within thirty days of receipt.
