Comparison of Tenders. 35.1 KPLC shall compare the evaluated costs of all substantially responsive Tenders established in accordance with ITT 29 to determine the ranking of the Tenders based on the lowest evaluated cost. The comparison shall be on the basis of DDP (place of final destination) prices for imported Goods and EXW prices, custom duties plus cost of inland transportation and insurance to place of destination, for Goods manufactured within Kenya, together with prices for any required installation, training, commissioning and other Related Services.
