Company’s Representative. Company shall, at no Cost to Contractor, appoint a Company’s Representative, who shall be authorized to act for the Company. Contractor shall be entitled to proceed in accordance with instructions given by Company’s Representative; provided, however, that such appointment and direction shall not relieve Contractor of its responsibility and liability for its obligations under this Contract.
