Common use of Company’s Representative Clause in Contracts

Company’s Representative. The Company appoints the Company’s Representative as its agent to monitor the performance of the Supplier and ensure compliance of the Supplier with its obligations under this Agreement. The Company’s Representative at the Commencement Date is the person nominated in the Contract Details. The Company’s Representative may, by notice to the Supplier’s Representative, delegate all or any of its functions under this Agreement. The Company may by notice to the Supplier remove the Company’s Representative and appoint another person in his or her place.
