Common use of Company's Proprietary Information Clause in Contracts

All information and materials provided by Company to Group remain proprietary to Company, as the case may be, including but not limited to subscriber lists, contracts, fee schedules, provider handbooks and any other operations manuals. Neither Group nor the Group Physicians will disclose any of such information or materials or use them except as may be required to carry out their respective obligations hereunder.
