Common use of Company's Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Company's Indemnification. Company shall indemnify Contractor and its Affiliates (including their officers, directors, employees and agents) against, and hold harmless from and against, any and all Indemnified Amounts incurred by Contractor or any of its Affiliates as a result of; (i) any material error, inaccuracy, breach or misrepresentation in any of the representations and warranties made by Company in this Agreement; (ii) any dispute with a subcontractor, employee, independent contractor, agent or supplier (including Approved Vendors) related in any way to this Agreement; and (iii) any of the Products and its design (other than a Manufacture Defect). Contractor shall be entitled to recover its reasonable and necessary attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses incurred in connection with successful enforcement of its rights under this Section 17.2.

Company's Indemnification. Contractor shall be entitled to recover its reasonable and necessary attorneys’ ' fees and litigation expenses incurred in connection with successful enforcement of its rights under this Section 17.211.2.

Contractor shall be entitled to recover its reasonable and necessary attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses incurred in connection with successful enforcement of its rights under this Section paragraph 17.2.

Company's Indemnification. Company shall indemnify Contractor and its Affiliates (including their officers, directors, employees and agents) against, and hold harmless from and against, any and all Indemnified Amounts incurred by Contractor or any of its Affiliates as a result of; of (i) any material error, inaccuracy, breach or misrepresentation in any of the representations representations, covenants, and warranties made by Company in this Agreement; , (ii) any dispute with a subcontractor, employee, independent contractor, agent violation or supplier (including Approved Vendors) related in any way to breach by Company of or default by Company of or under the terms of this Agreement; , and (iii) any claims related to or arising out of the Products and its design (of the Product, including product liability claims, the adequacy of any warnings or labels with respect to the Product or any other than a Manufacture Defect)negligent act of the Company. Contractor shall be entitled to recover its reasonable and necessary attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses incurred in connection with successful enforcement of its rights under this Section 17.211.2.

Contractor shall be entitled to recover its reasonable and necessary attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses incurred in connection with successful enforcement of its rights under this Section 17.2paragraph 18.2.

Initials: Contractor___Company___ Contractor shall be entitled to recover its reasonable and necessary attorneys’ ' fees and litigation expenses incurred in connection with successful enforcement of its rights under this Section 17.211.2.

Contractor shall be entitled to recover its reasonable and necessary attorneys’ ' fees and litigation expenses incurred in connection with successful enforcement of its rights under this Section 17.218.2.

Contractor shall be entitled to recover its reasonable and necessary attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses incurred in connection with successful enforcement of its rights under this Section 17.212.2.
